I would never Join a group of people I don't know, nor would I invite anyone I don't know to come and live on my farm. I do however have a list and have invited people I do know to come here if things go bad. Should I have to leave this area those few people I have invited here also know of the alternate are to collect.

Preplanning takes time, It would be wise for those who have not to start now.
