Hi folks,

I stumbled upon this guy's YouTube channel about 7 or 8 months ago and thought I'd share it here. I've been very impressed with the quality of his videos and the information in them.

He's a retired Army Specical Forces Medic who has produced some survival videos based on survival concepts and strategy based systems to build upon.

While he only has about 30 videos on his YouTube channel you'll find his knowledge and ability to impart such knowledge to be highly professional and informative. Presented in a very straight forward and matter-of-fact way, he doesn't waste time or has his video's filled with a bunch of superfluous junk trying to fill time on the video (or waste your time).

For a lot of us, who have prepared for unexpected emergencies, disasters or massive civil unrest in small or large area around us, we probably already have a lot of this information. However, his presentations will definitely help the novice get started, and provide the already experienced with "food for thought," and perhaps some organization to what you have already planned.

In several of his videos he provides organizational charts and detailed plans and instructions on how to modify or make items for storage in your vehicle trunk, work area's in your shelter or home and detailed lists of kits, bags, food stores and lists of equipment and supplies. He even has some videos on how to build/join/create a survival network and how to plan, strategize and create "geo cache's" of essential supplies and where to place them.

I encourage you guys & gals to spend some time and check out his YouTube channel and get some idea's which you can incorporate into your own plans.

Below is a link to his YouTube channel and his video "Survival-Essential Concepts. I hope you find some useful stuff as I have there.

He is an interesting individual.
And he has some great ideas.

I recall back in the 50s when the Commies were coming.
My friend's parents were all building ''bomb shelters'' in their California back yards. (small basements with fold down beds and shelves for storage). These folks were so afraid and so serious, they dove right in with the ''salesmen'' who came selling a plan.

They were earthquake proof and radiation proof..according to the ads. And since it never rains in California, they didn't need to worry about buying too big a sump pump.

I recall these little bunkers being interior decorated as well. Neighbors built one large one together in one or the other's back yard. It was almost a fad.

The commies never came and they forgot that CA people water their lawns in secret, and everyone's bunker resembled the flooded Midwest basement.

I bring this history up, only because at least now we have some good advice, and can refer back to the bad ideas of our forbearer.

Didn't mean to hijack your thread Bark'n, but it made me think back all those years, and when I think of something I'd better write it down, cause I'll never remember it again.:smilygifs1096:
