Food Dehydrator

Anyone have one of these? I remember when I was a kid my Dad got one and we would make banana and apple chips with it, and make venison jerky during hunting season. Seems like a decent way to make some food last longer...

We have two although my wife is on a kick of canning things rather than drying them. When we were on the farm, though, she dried everything she could get her hands on. Good stuff.....
