Searchable forums?

I went looking for something I posted and I can't find it... I searched with words I am certain I used, but no joy. Are there some forums that are not searchable here, like the "Off-Topic" forum over at DeeCee...?

I quoted another member in the same thread, and that doesn't work either... maybe that particular thread was quietly garrotted with piano wire after it ran its' course...?

All forums should be searchable. I doubt that it was removed here; our rules are loose enough that very few get pulled....

They go to "Rogue's Gallery", a forum of threads removed from public view. It's very rare that anything is actually deleted, except spam.
